Dr Junaid Nayyar

BDentSc (TCD), MFDS (RCSGlasg), MOralSurg (RCSEd), DClinDent (Oral Surgery)

Dr Nayyar is a registered Specialist in Oral Surgery and completed his specialist training at Cork University Dental School and Hospital, UCC. He provides a full range of oral surgery procedures and accepts referrals from dentists across Ireland. Dr Nayyar participates with all major health insurers.

He graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2013 and has worked in both hospital and general dental practice settings. His hospital experience includes Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Ulster Hospital in Belfast and Paediatric Dentistry at Cork University Dental School and Hospital, where he developed particular experience in the management of anxious patients. He has also been involved in teaching undergraduate dental students at Dublin Dental University Hospital.

Dr Nayyar is an invited peer reviewer for the Irish Journal of Medical Sciences and has published in the Journal of the Irish Dental Association and the British Dental Journal.

Outside of work, Junaid enjoys playing squash, spending time with family and friends, and working on cars.
